Meggett Place is a private residential community of 18 lots nestled in the Lowcountry of Charleston County, South Carolina.

Governance

Meggett Place is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by property owners. The Board oversees shared roads, the neighborhood entrance, and the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).

Annual Dues

Dues are $800 per year, payable as one annual installment or two semi-annual payments of $400.

Due dates: January 15 and July 15. Late fees apply beginning the 15th of the following month.

Planning a project? Any exterior modification, new structure, or significant landscaping change requires ARC approval before work begins. Download the application, complete it, and submit to the ARC per the instructions on the form.

  2. Download and complete the ARC Application Form below.
  3. Submit the completed application to the ARC per the instructions on the form. Allow up to 30 days for a decision.
  4. Do not begin work until you have received written approval.
